Canterbury, Connecticut is just a regular town while the sun is shining, but this municipality is visited by the living dead after the sun has set. Ghosts are so usual in this town; many people who live here don’t even think about it any longer. A number of people who live here assert there are no ghosts, but with so many ghosts in Canterbury you have a relatively good chance of catching a glimpse of one if you spend a night in this town.

The ghost of a young-looking lady drenched in blood may repeatedly be spotted staring across Howard Valley in the early morning hours. One thing is for sure, it's sure a scary ghost that you do not want to encounter before dawn.

A guy with a large hole through his torso may be observed very frequently gazing at the water by Ashland Pond Dam in the early morning hours.

    woman's body with a horse's head has once in a while been spotted down beside the water at Ashland Pond staring.

A half rotten human dead body has supposedly been spotted on numerous occasions drifting along Adams Brook at midnight.

The phantom of a farmer in a hat has regularly been perceived on the apex of Alworth Hill in the early
  morning hours before sunrise gazing at the panorama. One of the locals firmly argues that this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while driving through Canterbury before the present. Well, this spirit undoubtedly is creepy; one that any sound person would not want to bump into.

A youthful girl in a blood-covered wedding gown has purportedly been perceived on one or two occasions resting at the dining table in a Canterbury mobile home.
