These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

  spotted repeatedly sipping chlorine in Abe Stone Park at midnight. Residents who have perceived this phantom argue this phantom takes pleasure in frightening unwise people who are fearless enough to disturb the tranquility in Derby.
