She also had her washer and dryer in the basement and would never go down there by herself. She would always take my little cousin or the dog with her. It got so bad that she had to carry the dog down there with her or he would not go at all. He would always whine until she left the basement. After awhile my little cousin would cry if she had to go to the basement. My     little cousin told my aunt Henrietta there was a mean Man with a rope around his neck who lived there. My aunt never saw the mean Man ghost in the basement. Then one Day uncle william went to the basement to get some paint he stored there. When he came back up the stairs he told aunt Henrietta to start packing because he wanted as far away from that House and basement as he could get.
