Family friends were staying there with my youngest sister while our parents were away. My youngest sister was sound asleep upstairs in here room and the friends were in the guest room downstairs. Their door was closed and they heard Clear footsteps coming down the stairs (the stairs ended at the guestroom     door)and thought it was my sister.. Upon opening the door: no one. While they look in on my sister she was sound asleep in her bed. Apparently this was not unusual at the olde Curtis tavern (the houses' name in its past life!).
