It was about 12:00 or 1:00 when we saw a cloud like figure manifest itself on the oncoming lane. Because I was going pretty fast it appeared for about 3-4 sec. I couldn't tell if it was male or female but when it formed it was bright white. Soon after seeing it I screamed I just saw a ghost to my friend, immediately after he said       that he saw it to and was trying to debunk what ever it was. Normally around that time we get a lot of fog or dew along that stretch of road, but that night it was different. It was a full moon on a clear night.
