North Branford, Connecticut Ghost Tales

I live in a neighbor next to an old barn Foxon Road. It was part of the underground railroad and slaves could have died there. I have never had a ghostly encounter, though it still creeps me out.

You could think that there's nothing strange about North Branford, Connecticut, but the phantom stories reported by the residents are sufficient to make anybody re-evaluate stopping over around here. Dark hour is undead time around here. Doubters don't have faith in the local ghost descriptions, but if you have the guts to stay an extra day in North Branford, you could perceive
 
    a ghost for yourself.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a tough lumberjack holding a large axe has regularly been witnessed
  looking at the surroundings at Branford Supply Ponds Dam in the early morning hours before sunrise. Regardless of what people articulate, it's a chilling ghost that should be kept away from.

The frightening phantom of a Viking is often made out reflecting by Beaver Head Swamp. Some of the people who live in this town argue this ghost is the tormented spirit of a former North Branford resident.

A frightening skeleton has supposedly been spotted on one or two occasions rummaging around in a closet in the bedroom of a North Branford residence in the early morning hours before sunrise.

A gentleman
that transformed into a vampire may repeatedly be noticed on the summit of Baldwin Hill at the stroke of midnight observing the scenery.

The ghost of a pregnant woman can be distinguished repeatedly looking chilling in Bitner Park on a dark night. It's been asserted that this individual ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was killed while passing through North Branford some decades ago.

The ghost of a youthful gentleman dressed in a denim jacket has from time to time been spotted by Baldwin Rock pointing at the bystander.

A headless guy is from time to time distinguished having a seat at a coffee table in a North Branford trailer.

A female with her right arm and left leg severed has been said to have been noticed on numerous occasions staring at folks in a North Branford residence through a keyhole.

An army outfit pacing about without a body in it can now and then be made out looking down into the water at Branford Cove before dawn. If you talk to the locals, this ghost gets pleasure from scaring foolish folks who have the guts to disrupt the quiet in North Branford. One thing is for guaranteed, it undoubtedly is a bloodcurdling ghost that you do not want to run into at midnight.

The ghost of a civil war combatant was noticed taking a swim down by Front Beach before sunrise. When the ghost was noticed it disappeared into the air. If you listen to what the residents assert, this ghost can be the spirit of a local who passed on here in North Branford a long time ago.

The spirit of a gentleman having a cross cut into his head was made out in Goose Rocks Shoals in the early morning hours before sunrise devastating a map. Panic stricken by the onlookers the phantom vanished into the darkness. A lot of locals claim this ghost may very well be a distinguished old days inhabitant of North Branford. Either way, this phantom indisputably is terrifying; one that any commonsensical person would not want to bump into.

The spirit of the driver of a train became visible trying to find a photo in a rubber raft on Beattie Pond. When seen the ghost came within reach of the bystander who then fled.

A lady with no head was seen drifting along on Allen Brook at night. There have been other accounts regarding this ghost in the neighborhood. In any event, this is an antagonistic ghost that you shouldn't go looking for.
