Oxford, Connecticut is just an average town while the sun is up, but not everyone of the inhabitants of this municipality are really alive. The undeparted are all over this city as the folks who live here will declare. Some folks who live here allege there are no phantoms, but seeing is believing and if you spend a night here in Oxford, you could witness a phantom.
