If your familiar with that area you know that it used to be woods with some sorta Tower in the middle. Not sure cause I was very Young at the time. (in the 90's) I was surprised when she told me she saw an old White gentleman with a long White beard sitting in her living room. I laughed it off. I do believe in the possibility but the House was not older then 10 years     old. Around a month or 2 later I was walking into her kitchen and outta the corner of my eye to the right I saw a similar Man sitting in the dinning room which is one room to the left of their living room. I have to dismiss my sightings due to the fact that I was told about the Man she saw. The strange thing is a Friend of her was visiting from brazil. One Day while I was in a deep make out session with my girlfriend her Friend came running up the stairs crying. In portuguese she explained to my girlfriend that she saw the same Man that we saw.
