Watertown, Connecticut is an outwardly ordinary zone providing the sun is up, but undeparted ghosts of long ago in this municipality don't seem to be going to pass on. Night is undeparted time in this place. Not everybody trusts in the stories the folks who live here tell, but there really are creepy things going down here in Watertown during the night time.
