Scores of folks who live here claim this spirit is that of a resident who resided here in Watertown some decades ago. Regardless of what, it sure is a terrifying ghost that is better not upset. A guy that shape-shifted into a vampire can be seen repeatedly staring over Buell Flats very late at night. A glowing human person has now and then been spotted marching from flat to flat in the early morning hours on a Watertown avenue. Residents claim that this ghost takes pleasure in scaring unwise people who come trying to find ghosts in Watertown. The ghost of a pregnant female has been witnessed on a few occasions bass fishing from the shore of Abbotts Pond at the stroke of midnight. A woman who lives here says that this phantom could be the spirit of a local who passed away here in Watertown before the present. The ghost of a physician with a bloody uniform was seen taking a rest at a table in a Watertown trailer. When the watcher appeared the ghost fled. One of the local residents decisively asserts that this ghost may well be a celebrated yesteryear local of Watertown.
