There is a post card from the 1920's of the house and it says three corners inn on the front very rare. Does any one have info on this place.

I lived in a house on Hickory Lane in Woodbury, CT. When my family was there we have seen strange shadows crossing through the basement and attic. One we have identified as a child the other we aren't sure.

I recall when my family was gardening out front I went inside to get my gloves when someone beckoned my name. No one was in the house and my family hadn't called me. There have been many more strange things like this in that house.

When we moved out at last I went downstairs to take one last look with my sister and I saw the scariest thing in my life. The ghost came out of a little room smiling a creepy disgusting smile. I ran out of the house.

Be warned if you move to Hickory Lane in Woodlake there are unusual things that happen on that street.

Comment by Cascadenyc: I too live in Woodlake and a few years ago we started to notice some strange subtle activity - lights going on off and Interior lanterns one would start to sway and the one next to it would remain still...
Our passive dog would start to growl and bark and stare in the middle of a room toward the ceiling and we would see nothing. Occasional cold drafts out of nowhere and even the TV and media player turned on one time for no reason??? It seems to have stopped as suddenly as it started but did go on for a few months.
