Iowa Paranormal Investigators and Media My name is Darcy. I live in Hawkeye Village in Keokuk Iowa and it appears that my apartment and areas around these apartment complexes are haunted. I have a little girl that resides in my children's bedroom. I've been on the phone with my neighbor and she has heard her cry. Recently I've been having unusual dreams that may explain the past and history of this apartment. In October you can see a man running thru the front part of the buildings. Nobody wants to go outside because theyre afraid of him. I personally love ghosts and wish I could be a paranormal investegator. Please Help me out.
