I have lived in Acton all my life and I have never heard of any of these ghost. I have expieranced strange phenomenon at a unfinished mansion in the woods of Acton. Rumor has it that a man that was building it went bankrupt and found out about it through a friend whos mom worked in real estate. One night my girlfriend 2 of my buddys and me went to it. My girlfriend waited in the car and the 3 of us went in to check it out, when we decided it was a good place to drink we went out to get my girlfriend. She says she heard whispers outside the window so she rolled it up, when it was up she said

someone started tapping on it. We thought nothing of it and proceeded to go inside. All night long we heard thumping and foot steps all around us, and to top it all off I climbed up all the wood pannels

and found a noose at the very top of the house. I never got to go back and the house ended up burning down, but that was defenetly a haunted place.
