We were just taking a pleasant stroll when we decided we were going to take a trek through the woods (it was the middle of the day) when me and Nicole had a really weird feeling (A feeling like we were not welcome), but, we still wanted to go down the trail in the woods, but, we stopped at the entrance to the trail.... Just talking casually about bears, then, Nicole stopped in mid-sentence her eyes turned like golf balls. I thought she was about to throw up for a second, then, ''Ingrid..... RUN!!!'' I just thought she was kidding of some kind, so, I ran. While I was running back I checked behind me for Nicole, I saw that she was a ways behind. Then when I looked back up to see where I was going. I got a feeling of something watching me.... Something not very nice, so I looked behind me and saw a strange white and black figure leaning out from behind the trees ( I started running extra fast after this) then, when I got to the house with Nicole I asked her what she saw, she explained exactly what I had seen........ Later we wanted to go back and

see if whatever it was, was still there, but, as soon as we got outside Nicole froze on the porch, and I looked into the woods instinctively. I saw the shape again except it seemed like it was running away (It seemed like it was limping) so we ran into the basement and huddled in a corner........... This took place in Alexander, ME (a place near Calais,

I worked at a local restaurant here in Bangor years ago and it was rumored that there was a ghost inside. Around 11:30pm I was finishing up in the kitchen when I heard the owner stomp up the stairs and walk across the floor then slam the door to his office. I had to talk to him about something so I went through the small hall and proceeded upstairs. All the lights were off which was odd for him just going up. I turned the corner and opened the door to the office and asked George if he had a minute...well, that's what I was going to ask him anyway but I only got out ''hey George...'' The lights were all off upstairs and the office lights were off as well. I flicked the switch and the room was empty...needless to say, I beat feet back down to the kitchen and was out of breath when George walked through

the back door. I told him what just happened and he said ''welcome to the club''. .
