The building was older(built in 1890) 3 stories and quite spacious located on top of a large Hill that overlooked the River and part of the downtown area. We would notice the feeling of being watched at times. Usually while watching TV or at meals. You know the feeling on the back of your neck? We got that alot.     There were also notable cold spots in the apartment. You could literally feel the difference in temperature from one spot to another. And they were not always in the same spot but there were two spots in the living room that were pretty consistent not all the time but often enough to notice. Sometimes you would see something out of the corner of your eye Only to turn and see nothing there. This went on for months and didn't unnerve us at all. We just figured an old building has it's quirks and we were newlyweds and had our minds on ''other'' things anyway. After   (continued on the next page...)
