Mind you we never watched the blinds open or close on their own but you would open them on the south side to let the Sun in during the Day Only to find when you got Home that those were closed and the North side was open. Or blinds open Halfway when left would be fully raised or closed. This was a regular occurance it might happen     a 1-2 times a month but not to the Point where we were freaked out or anything. We even joked about it and called out resident ghost ''george''. There was one time in particular when I was coming Home and had turned the corner onto our Street and looked up at our apartment and saw the blind in the window next to the front door shoot all the way up and then closed again. I actually stopped at my landlords apartment to Call the police because I thought I had a break in but we found the apartment locked up tight as a drum.
