Loads of people who live here claim this ghost is that of a local resident who existed here in Cutler long ago. A womanly figure was perceived late at night checking out Black Ledges in detail. When the ghost was seen it vanished into the air. Local people argue that this ghost loves frightening people who dare to disrupt the silence in Cutler. In any event, it's without a doubt a scary ghost that is better not messed with.
