The old Brick building across from L.L. Bean is known to be haunted. It currenly is the home of Bath and Body works but it used to be an old tavern. Its been reported that shadowy silohuette of a women will appear then shortly after, she'll drop a product of break something. She normaly appears late at night or very early morning.

Sightings of a man and child huddled by a gutter in Freeport have been reported recently at the hours of 1:00-3:30am. The man is said to be holding his son in his arms and rocking back and forth weeping until he fades from existence. No

contact has yet been made. The fact that the man doesn't speak, just moans unbearable cries out into the abyss until his time of disapperance arrives is to much to stand.

Freeport, Maine is just anytown USA in the day, but this town has scary enigmas masked in the shadows. Some of the passed away will not pass on in this city. A number of locals allege these descriptions are not true, but the undeparted souls of Freeport are all too real.
