Its been reported that shadowy silohuette of a women will appear then shortly after, she'll drop a product of break something. She normaly appears late at night or very early morning. Sightings of a man and child huddled by a gutter in Freeport have been reported recently at the hours of 1:00-3:30am. The man is said to be holding his son in his arms and rocking back and forth weeping until he fades from existence. No
