Greene, Maine Ghost Tales | |

During the daytime you may very well assume Greene, Maine is exactly like any other settlement, but when the gloomy shadows of the night roll in the undeparted invade. There have been loads of events with persons from another world. Some people who live here allege there are no ghosts, but everybody who inhabits in Greene is not alive.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
A luminous human body is repeatedly observed sniveling near Glenrock Spring very late at night. Folks here who have perceived this phantom assert this phantom is the stressed spirit of an old Greene resident.
The ghost of a youthful gentleman sporting a rain coat has been said to have been made out on several occasions on the peak of Clark Mountain after midnight staring at the sight. Regardless of what, this is an unlikable ghost that any reasonable person wouldn't want to encounter.
A beheaded man can repeatedly be observed at Marr Point around midnight staring down into the water.

a while witnessed searching through a closet in the bedroom of a Greene mobile home at the stroke of midnight. A woman who lives here says that this spirit is that of a local resident who settled here in Greene many years ago.
The ghost of a gentleman having numbers carved into his hand has supposedly been noticed on one or two instances shouting people's names by Allen Stream.
