Custom Search Hancock, Maine Ghost Sightings   There is a House up the road from me that is haunted. I've often seen the new curtains that are always replaced shredded everytime I go by. The tale from the House is that the family that lived there had a mentally retarded son and one night he went crazy. He slashed his curtains and slammed his closet doors over and over again. His parents didn't know what to do. They weren't able to control him anymore. Finally he took     a knfe and stabbed himself falling onto his bed nearby. His parents moved but left all their belongings. Now whenever someone goes in there they can hear his rampage and his doors opening and closing and anynew curtains put up are shredded by an invisible knife. His bed is still there and you can see the blood stains still. No one has yet to move into the House up until this day. I don't think any one who knows the history of the House ever will.
