Lisbon, Maine Ghost Tales I lived at 11 Mill St. While living there strange things went on. At that time my mom had just had twins and there were only a few months old. She and I would both be sitting in the living room each with one of the babies and you would still hear an infant cry, and both babies would be sleeping in your arms. The twins baby swings would start swinging on their own while you just sat there and watched. Their toys would start going off by themselves and no one in the room was moving. One night while I was sitting at the computer near the kitchen on the second floor I heard a husky voice say my name and felt breath on the side of my neck, face, and shoulder. Everyone else in the house was asleep. Every time I would go into the basement I could feel something else there with me, watching me. I never dared to venture to the back of the basement. I would have friends over that never believed in ghosts or things like that. Even they would say things about feeling strange, without being told the place was haunted. Needless to say that would be the last place I would ever take a oiji board!!!!.
