One morning I was laying in bed upstairs awake around 4:30am and heard a loud crash downstairs in the kitchen. I thought it was my kids so I ran downstairs to find nothing. Nothing fell and my kids were still in bed asleep. I brushed it off as maybe a cat out on the pourch or something but nothing     fell outside either. Anyway a few days later I awoke around 4 am and went downstairs to lay on the Couch while awaiting time to get ready for work. I was wide awake and had my back turned to the kitcen Only 15 or so feet away. I then heard as Plain as Day a bowl and silverware clanging and chairs moving and cabinets opening and shutting. I didn't thing much about it. I thought it was my 8 year old girl getting cereal. I was impressed that she was getting her own food so I layed quietly so she wouldn't hear me until she finished.
