People who have perceived this ghost say this ghost is the undeceased soul of a former Monmouth person who lived here. A female clutching her head under her arm was perceived observing the surroundings from the peak of Bishop Hill in the early morning       hours before sunrise. The arrival of the eye witness alarmed the phantom who then vanished. The ghost of a gentleman having half his head absent was perceived at the water at Marr Point shining a light. The watcher got freaked out and fled.
