Custom Search New Sweden, Maine Ghost Sightings New Sweden PAGE 1   2     We moved to New Sweden about 2 months ago, we moved into the Swedish mansion as it is called. Since we have been here we have seen children running up and down the stairs and heard them running through out the house. My son has seen a man that built the house in the 1800's. Sometimes I will be walking thru the house and the windows will be opened or the thermostat will be shut off. Its is a wonderful experience for my family     but then again we don't mind them being here. The undead are everywhere in this town as the residents will inform you. A number of residents assert there are no ghosts, but anybody who has stayed for the night in New Sweden, Maine knows better.
