I guess i finally decided to search for what exactly it was the I saw while I was there. It was an early Saturday morning in the very early spring. As I was driving through town I decided to go check out the river (and get out of the rental car to have a cigarrette). It was just barely foggy that morning and maybe about 35 degrees outside. I got out of the rental,     went to light up my smoke, and looked out towards the river and saw a black shape of a ''man'' that looked like he was wearing a hood of some sort and it had it's back to me as if staring out at the river. I can almost remember him holding something like a staff or a cane of some sort. All of a sudden I got this really bad feeling and decided I didn't want it to turn around and come after me. I had the intense feeling that I needed to get the heck out of there. I remember there was a brick building type of structure down there and it was down a narrow road, right   (continued on the next page...)
