We were standing on the rocks looking out at the water and it was about half tide.. And around midnight. I walked on down to the water and my husband stayed on the rocks. I saw this White row boat floating in on the surf. I waded in about knee deep and got ready to grab the Bow of the boat so I could pull in up on the dry sand and it disappeared.     I hollered to my husband if he saw the boat but unfortunately he did not.
