The ghost of a copper-miner can every so often be witnessed looking at a lady sleeping in a bed in a home in Perham. One thing is for sure, this is an unlikable ghost that is preferably not messed with.
A female with a moderately transparent body was distinguished by Deadwater Brook shouting. This particular phantom has been noticed repeatedly in this neighborhood.
The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead emerged looking at the water by Washburn Dam very late at night. There have been several accounts concerning this ghost in the vicinity.

a long gray beard was made out in a grocery store in the Perham neighborhood. Several stories of this ghost have been reported.
The ghost of a guy in soldier's attire emerged scrambling out from a drain hole on a Perham lane on a dark night. Several people in the vicinity have had identical events involving a similar phantom. Some of the folks who live here allege this ghost is the struggling soul of a long dead Perham resident.
