My friends and I were staying over one of their houses, we're 12 years old. We got a call from her step-mom next door and she said that she heard loud running upstairs and doors slamming, she was home alone. This house is about 145 years old and it claimed to be a lookout place to look at the ocean for sailors. A sailor had died there and an old woman did too, apparently. we got there nothing was really happening, but then 2 of our guy friends came over and helped us with a séance to communicate with the spirits
