On December 6th 2007 I was walking in the snow on Main Street and seen a bright light floating across the sky from north to south. It caught me off guard and I stopped to watch what appeared to be a large triangle shaped object just hovering over the tops of the trees. there were two bluish-green lights on each of the back corners, a strange glowing red light on the tip and a bright white light beam under the object which was shining down through the trees. The beam of light didn't shine on me but I froze anyways and had no idea what it was. I spent 8 years in the air force and knew this wasn't a plane.

It appeared to land over in a field by the ballfield but it never touched the ground. It just hovered I would say a couple of feet off the ground. I was on Main street and I could still see the light

that came from the object. I just stood there not knowing what to do. After a few minutes the thing just flew straight up and started flying south. It flew at a slow speed when it went upward and picked up once it hit maybe 100 feet. I watched it until it was out of sight. A number of people also seen it, it was talked about for some time after. So I wasn't the only one who witness this thing.
