A woman with the head of a devil may be spotted frequently up on Bailey Mountain struggling to       verbalize something. A female carrying her head beneath her arm has once in a while been spotted in the early morning hours before sunrise studying Clam Ledge in detail. Several of the people here declare this ghost is that of a person who resided here in Sullivan many years ago.
