In a house in turner maine, near hebron, the ghost of a little boy who died in a fire in the early 1900's can be seen trying to communicate with the living. the house was built by a small family in the 1800's and had caught fire, wich spread to the barn less then 20 ft away, killing two horses (the corpses of wich were found in the 1980's , found ''pushed'' into the ground and were dug out during a remodling''). the fire killed a young boy who had lived in the house. the house was re-built in the 1940's and purchaesed by a large family, where only the father knew of the houses history, but never gave it a second thought. even though the house was re-built, the old barn was never touched until it was torn down in 2002. in 1959, a young girl from the family who bought the rebuilt house was upstairs cleaning her room when she turned around and saw ''a little boy who was in fire''. on many occasions, the other childern of the family reported seeing a little boy around the stairs of the house, and many visitors described a ''terrible, erie feeling, like

they were in danger'' when climbing the stairs. also, for some reason, 2 lights, one up stirs and one down stairs that were directly beneath one another would always blow out at the same time, ussually when the children began to argue or fight. the little girl who had seen the little boy in fire grew up and moved back into the house with her 3 teenage

children in the late 1980's. the 18 year old oldest daughter was pregnant with her first child (around 1991) when she would fall asleep and have dreams of a little boy sourounded by fire. The little boy would tell the young woman that when the baby was born it would be a little girl and she would be ''orange''. at this time, the only person to know of the houses history was still the grandfather of this young woman, and while she was pregnant she didnt know the gender of the baby until it was born. When the baby was born, sure enough, it was a baby girl, and much to the mothers shock, for the first few weeks of the childs life, she was a bright reddish orange. then, once the baby was brought home, members of the family said that whenever they walked by the baby's crib, out of the corner of their eye, they thought they saw a small, child like figure standing and watching over the baby. The family (grandfather, his duaghter, her 3 children, and her grand daughter and later4 other grand kids) lived in the house until 1994. but, there wasnt

another sighting of any gohsts until around 1993 or 1994, when the oldest grand daughter told her grand mother that one night she was ''scared, because a boy was walking next to her feet, and that he liked to be on the stairs.'' the other grand children acted odd as well, displaying behavior such as starring in deep consantration at nothing at all, or screaming in terror when brought near the notorious stairs of the house. eventually, the grandfather told his family the houses history, and there are belived to be other spirits from his own family in that house. since then, the house was sold, and the story of the little boy in the fire was forgotten.
