Winthrop, Maine Ghost Tales | |
|
During the early morning hrs in the summer of 1992 myself and another work associate witnessed an older male gentleman walking through the cemetary located on Turkey Lane in Winthrop, Me. When our vehicle came to a stop the gentleman, dressed in an overcoat and hat walked in front of the vehicle, turned looked at us, turned again and walked away. The entire sighting lasted approximately 15 seconds or so. He eventually vanished into thin air and he was never seen again. This event was nothing like I had ever witnessed before. My former work associate to this day will not speak of the incident. Submitted by Mark Fortin
