I grew up in a house on crompton St. Which was ''visited'' often by a very large shape that would fill up a doorway. The curious thing is that only the girls in the family would see him. I have 5 brothers and 4 sisters and all of my sisters and I saw him at one time or another.
He seemed to just look in on us as though he were looking out for us. Typically we would be sleeping and get the feeling that someone was near and it would wake us up and there he would be in the doorway.

A big black shape with no real features just an outline that we knew was male. Later I learned that our house was owned by a man and he had a young daughter that had died in a car accident. He was known to be a really big strong guy when he was living.

The kind of guy that could lift heavy equipment all by himself. We all decided he must have been devastated by the loss of his girl and he stuck around to watch over the girls of our family. My mom still lives in the house and the upstairs is now closed off.
I tend not to go up there alone because I always feel like I have company!.

A home on middle road has been haunted for over 40 years while I lived there you could hear a car go up and down the drive way, the car door open and closed and sometimes open the 2 doors to get into the house.
