The grave says Albert Thomas 1915-1942, killed in action in WWII. If approached, the man vanishes from sight. The spirit of a female with a sack bound around her       head has been perceived on numerous instances in an Attleboro area store, pacing the aisles. A semi translucent man dressed as the skipper of a vessel can occasionally be distinguished stacking chunks of concrete next to the water at Central Pond. The ghost of a young man having on a confederate uniform was perceived swallowing blood   from a jar at Chartley Pond Dam before dawn. Panic stricken by the observers the ghost receded into the darkness. The spirit of a bound up guy became visible in Robin Hollow in the early morning hours seeking a picture. When noticed the phantom came within reach of the witness who then fled. One thing is for certain, it indisputably is a frightening spirit that you do not want to encounter before dawn. The ghost of a bum was witnessed at Abbott Run late at night chucking stones into the current. This particular spirit has been distinguished time and again in this spot. The ghost of a young woman covered in blood became visible in Great Woods late at night cutting down a soaring tree. There have been other accounts concerning this phantom in the area. A number of of the people who live here declare this ghost loves terrifying foolish folks who come searching for ghosts in Attleboro. Anyhow, this is an intimidating spirit that you shouldn't go trying to locate. The ghost of an elderly hag was seen struggling out of Hemlock Swamp drenched in slime at midnight. Several sightings of this ghost have been conveyed. According to the residents, this spirit may well be a distinguished old days native of Attleboro.
