Haverhill, Massachusetts Ghost Tales | |
|
|
In a rural area of Haverhill sits a prominent Jewish Cemetery. One Hundred Yards off the back in a heavily wooded area surrounding the cemetery rest a large Head stone with two to three smaller head stones. These well aged relics of a time long long ago can no longer be read so positive idea of their age is unavailable. It's said when a group dares adventure into the thickly overgrown area to find these stones, and once they are found all members must place their hands on the largest stone at the same time. Then leave. At some point over the next few nights one member of the group will be visited by a Spirit. The story of the visitor to the chosen member of the group is never the same but is always a scary life changing event. Some people are able to deal with the experience of the ghostly visit others have not. Suicides and fatal car accidents have been blamed on a curse brought on by of the touch of the unknown head stones. Groups of 3 or more should only partake in this adventure and all should be mentally ready for a life changing

While the sun is shining Haverhill, Massachusetts is a regular United States city, but this city belongs to the undead when the sun has gone below the horizon. are out tonight searching for someone to freak out.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The spirit of a man hauling a blood-covered sword has frequently been witnessed trying on shoes in a Haverhill house.
The spirit of a civil war soldier is repeatedly perceived enjoying the panorama at Chadwick Pond Dam at midnight.
The ghost of a badly charred lady may repeatedly be distinguished crawling out from a storm drain on a Haverhill road at night. One of the locals determinedly asserts that this phantom is the phantom of a visitor that was killed while traveling through Haverhill long ago.
The ghost of a man with names cut into his arm has occasionally been perceived on the apex of Austin Hill in the early morning hours before sunrise gazing at the view.
The phantom of the driver of a train is occasionally seen sniveling by Mitchels Falls in the early morning hours before sunrise. Well, this ghost indisputably is chilling; one that you shouldn't go trying
