We were walking in the woods/field behind edgelawn road and got to the Railroad tracks. All was quiet as we approached the tracks. Suddenly a strange train consisting of an engine and a single wooden boxcar approached and seemed to materialize out of nowhere. Wooden boxcars were virtually unheard of in 1991. When the train passed towards North Chelmsford it     disappeared as if vaporizing. In its Wake 4 kids appeared approximately 12 or 13 years old dressed in late 1960s or Early 1970s clothing. They looked as if they were walking on the ground yet were suspended in the air about 10 inches. They were talking to one another and did not see my Friend or me who were right in front of them. They sounded like they were in a tunnel. My Friend was terrified I was fascinated but since she ran off towards her House I followed. I never saw the kids or the train again after trying to locate the exact spot later on in life. Submitted   (continued on the next page...)
