I lived in an old apartment building that was once a hotel. I had an audio recorder and was goofing around one day with it. I asked ''if anyone is here with me, please speak into this recorder, thank you. '' I listened to the recording and heard a whisper saying ''you're welcome. '' In the months that followed I recorded a voice of a male spirit that had a scratchy voice intelligently respond to things I was talking about. I was in the process of moving

out of my apartment, and the last night I spent there a strange thing happened.
I had moved most of my belongings out on my last night at the apartment.

All that was left was some furniture and an air conditioner. I had called it a night and got into my bed. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep. For some reason I felt pressure on my face making it hard to breathe properly. I figured I had my comforter over my face, so I went to pull it down, but it was at chest level. What made this stranger is that I was facing my air conditioner which was pointed right at me. I didn't think a lot of it, and I rolled
