Shrewsbury, Massachusetts Ghost Tales

I've lived in two apartments on the same block near White City on Lake Quinsigamond. This lake is said to be cursed. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with this, but I have been seen one ghost and heard it talk to me at one apt., and just heard one in my ear next door. The first one was a blue hand with a cold breeze on my forehead in the pitch dark, three months later on moving day I heard a voice say are you ready B? Only my deceaced husband called me B. About ten years later I moved back to the same block, a man upstairs said it was haunted but I thought he was nuts. 9 months later while I was
cleaning an empty apt. downstairs for my landlord I had the radio playing loud while I began to steam clean the rug when suddenly a man's voice yelled POP! in My ear very loud, so loud I thought my helper
did it to scare me. I said very funny you got me, but there was no answer. He wasn't anywhere near me. Of course he denied it and said he didn't know what I was talking about. A minute after that the same voice yelled in another ear bblllbbblllbbllllbbbrr. I really cant spell sounds but the ghost was actually making fun of me for being scared the first time. Anyway I turned around so fast so I could catch whoever it was and there was nobody there. I looked in the next room and my helper was on his knees painting baseboard. There's no way he could have moved that fast. I blambed him anyway but he
swears to this day it wasn't him and I believe him now.
