There is a 6 foot Section of the original chimney that still remains and stands to the left of the furnace. At I was working I suddenly Felt the presence of a woman standing just behind my left shoulder. I immediately assumed that my wife had come down the stairs while I was working     yet I hadn't heard anyone come down. I turned to look towards the chimney and at that second I got chills at the back of my neck. There was a moderate flash of light reflecting off of the duct and then I saw a woman standing in a frock looking directly at me. She had shoulder length hair that was graying and appeared to be in her late 60's. I jumped quite startled and then looked again and there was nothing. It was really weird. I had goose bumps all over my body my eyes began to water and I Felt as though all the blood had run from my face. What I found   (continued on the next page...)
