I am a psychic sensitive, with minor clairvoyant abilities as well as being able to feel both presences and general emotional states of both the living and the dead. (My empathic gifts are a little weak, I cannot differentiate emotional states beyond what is a positive emotion and a negative emotion - so I cannot tell the difference between fear, sadness and anger, or on the opposite spectrum joy, happiness, or pride. ) Many others have reported to me sightings and I myself have had more than a handful of experiences here in Halstad.
As I am currently aligned with a spiritual medium who resides with me now, we have been working together to try to solve the reasons behind the high amount of spiritual activity in Halstad. We both believe that we have discovered a ''vortex'', for lack of a better term, of spiritual energy on the western edge of the city - just beyond the flood levee, on the East bank of an old oxbow lake.
We have begun a grass-roots series of terminologies for identifying specific types of entities in the process and are really

breaking ground here in Halstad, including a non-denominational form of identifying different spirit types as well as a Spiritual Strength Factor by which they can be rated in terms of what they can accomplish on a scale of 1-10.
We have identified four different types of human-spirit entities, LHS Type 1, LHS Type 2, as well as INE Type 1 and

PNE Type 1.
LHS Type 1 is your' classic haunting of an individual who is not aware of the fact that they are dead, are confused, disoriented, and frightened. We've identified many of these over the past year and generally all they require is comfort and guidance in crossing over. LHS Type 1 seldom have a high SSF, in our experience anyway, and do not really seek to frighten or harm the living. This may be different if the spirit is that of someone who does not realize they are dead and insist that the current inhabitants of that spirit's home are trespassers. Many of the LHS Type 1 we have encountered are so disoriented that they do not even recall their names, let alone where they are.
LHS Type 2 are somewhat different. They are aware that they are dead but do not cross over for one reason or another. Some are afraid of damnation, others remain because of some sense of unfinished business, and others remain because they feel no obligation to cross over. We've identified and cataloged a handful of these. One of which seemed so utterly

harmless and had no real desire to cross over, and so we let her be. Among the few of these we have encountered, we have observed some pretty high SSF ratings.
