Canterbury, New Hampshire Ghost Tales | |
|
While the sun is up Canterbury, New Hampshire is a regular US town, but undeceased spirits of days gone by in this town don't seem to intend to go away. The undeparted are crawling over this settlement as the locals will say to you. Not everybody has faith in the stories the locals tell, but not all the dwellers of Canterbury are breathing.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
A beheaded female was noticed trying on shoes in a Canterbury apartment. The onlooker escaped when he spotted the ghost.
The spirit of a 12 feet tall massive person emerged by Big Meadows smoking a cigar. The ghost was indifferent that there was somebody else present.
The ghost of an adolescent girl was spotted in the early morning hours looking over Spender Meadow. When the eye witness came into view the spirit ran off. If you talk to the people who live here, this ghost is perhaps the struggling ghost of a person who used to have a home here in Canterbury.
The spirit of a woman with half her head missing was

seen climbing a big tree in Ayers State Forest late at night. The appearance of the onlooker frightened the ghost who then faded away. One thing is for sure, it's a bloodcurdling spirit that you don't want to run into around midnight.
A character with a skeleton face wearing shady robes has regularly been made out seeking a woman up on the peak of Bean Hill.
