Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire Ghost Tales I was an employee years ago at the ''Fitzwilliam Inn'', as a house  keeper and breakfast server.  One morning while cleaning rooms on the second floor I witnessed a woman in a dark skirt and light shirt go up the stairs to the third floor.  I kindly shouted from down the hall that check in time wasn't for another hour.  When I follwed her around the corner and went upstaris myself I expected to see her.  But no one was there.  On many occasions I've also heard a rocking chair rocking on the third floor when no guests were present. Submitted by Airial In the day Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire       is like any other United States town, but when the dark shadows of the night roll in the undeceased take over. Phantoms are so ordinary in this town; loads of folks who live here don’t even worry about   it anymore. People who have never spent a night in this city will tell you it's a pack of lies, but the undeparted souls of Fitzwilliam are all too real. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A somewhat decomposed human dead body may be distinguished repeatedly mounted on a low rider on a shady road near Fitzwilliam. In any event, it's without a doubt a menacing ghost that is rather not disrupted. A woman in flames, carrying a fuel container has every so often been seen eating an apple down beside the shore at Horseshoe Pond. Some of the folks who live in this town declare this ghost may very well be a well-known days gone by dweller of Fitzwilliam. Regardless of what, this ghost unquestionably is chilling; one that you wouldn't want to meet before sunrise.
