One thing's for certain, it's a chilling ghost that you wouldn't want to bump into late in the night. The phantom of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead was spotted on the pinnacle of Baisdell Hill very late at night   glancing at the vista. The bystander ran away right after he saw the ghost. The phantom of an aged man with a long gray beard was noticed at Bay Point at midnight looking down into the water. When the witness came into view the phantom fled. In any event, it in all certainty is a scary spirit that you shouldn't go searching for.
