Atco, New Jersey Ghost Tales

I have lived in New Jersey all of my life and a well known resident. This is the first time that I have heard any of these stories and the first time that I ever heard of some of the these locations (never heard of Atco apartments). There is only one ghost that people know of (not to say it is real)and it is by the sewage plant. Maybe one in the Atco theater, but, the theater is a relatively recent addition to the small small town.
