The spirit of a pregnant woman may regularly be seen taking in the view at Kinseys Pond very late at night. The spirit of a young-looking gentleman in a rain coat can be seen repeatedly down next to the water at Barnegat Bay going wild. No matter what people verbalize, it's undoubtedly a chilling ghost that you would not want to encounter around midnight. A beheaded gentleman has every now and then been observed down by Island Beach late in the night bathing. Several of the locals say this ghost gets pleasure from terrifying people who have the guts to upset the silence in Barnegat Light.
