Boonton, New Jersey Ghost Tales

My friend and I have seen many... strange things. Three that really stand out for us are the Shaddow Man. We ussually see him in a reflectin in a window or mirror, standing next to us with his hand on our shoulder. Another is a girl, who seems to be crying out for help. The last is a girl who Roxy strongly believes is named Helen. Helen has dark, black hair and yellow eyes, and she's usually in the forest.
