I'm not from Chatham but where Fairmount Avenue goes under the railroad there's a little park with a gazebo in it. I don't know what the history of that park is but the times I have been there (which is seldom by the way) I have seen an apparition of a girl in a dress standing in the park.
The times I have seen her she has appeared out of nowhere and disappeared within a second. I don't know if I'm the only one who has seen her or if she shows

herself to others as well. Does anyone know what the background of this park is.
Was there a tragedy here or was there something else there before

the park to cause this?.
