Dorothy, New Jersey Ghost Tales On Maple Road one night me and my signifigant other got into an argument, so we parked the SUV at the lake (Maple Lake) and soon after a 9 ft. tall dark object was coming closer then paused and sceamed a scream that neither human nor animal would be able to.  My boyfiend and myself at the time ran back in to the car and drove off to Rt. 50 to avoid the creature that was in the middle of the street.  I will never forget this day and neither will he.  I avoid this street from now on. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A woman grasping her head by her arm was seen marching alongside a desolate road in close proximity to Dorothy. The witness ran off right after he noticed the spirit. Regardless of what people utter, this is an unfriendly ghost that you wouldn't want to encounter in the early morning hours. The ghost of a guy with half his head missing came into sight yelling at the bystander to beat it in Atlantic County Park before sunrise. The ghost didn't mind that there was somebody else present.
