All I've ever heard of High Bridge is the light at night you will see on the tracks I think they Call it the Hook Man of something like that. This all happened verry late at night. Also I've seen White shady figures while sitting on the dock at Lake solitude at night.. That place is verry creepy walking Home late at night.
