Electric appliances turn on and off without assistance some have even been said to continue working when unplugged. Shadows are seen at night lurking in the rooms and passageways. Sometimes late at night unexplained lights appear inside apartments and pictures have been taken that show orbs floating in     the lobby regardless of the time of day. Many people have claimed that while living there they were plagued with nightmares that would inexplicably repeat themselves. The entire building holds an eerie feeling of being watched a presence stays hovering over the whole place.
