Pennsauken, New Jersey Ghost Tales There is a tunnel near ben franklin elementary school.Its is supposedly haunted. So me and a couple friends went in one night to prove tht it was not haunted. While in there we heard all types of noises and moans. There were baby footprints in the walls. After walking out, I noticed that I had scratch marks on my wrist and all over my back. And my friend mike was grabbed and pulled in the tunnel. My friend nick was thrown against a wall at 3am. There is someting definatly in that tunnel. I have heard this while alone in my house and while all of my neighbors were not home. A lot of ghost accounts have been reported by the local residents. Folks who have never spent the night in this town will inform you it's       all just superstition, but if you are brave enough to stay for the night in Pennsauken, you might distinguish a ghost for yourself. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The phantom of a guy carrying a sword can now and then be seen poking around in mailboxes on a dark night in Pennsauken.   Whichever way, it's undoubtedly a menacing ghost that you wouldn't wish to run into before dawn. The ghost of a woman having letters engraved into her leg was spotted at Cooper River Parkway Dam in the early morning hours before sunrise looking at the surroundings. The watcher was terrified and ran away. A woman with maggots crawling out of her mouth came into view in Camden County Park in the early morning hours before sunrise hauling a body across the dirt. The spirit did not seem to be agonized by the eye witnesses. In any event, this phantom certainly is bloodcurdling; one that any sound person wouldn't want to bump into. The ghost of a female with a dagger in her back was made out at Cooper Point around midnight staring down into the water. The ghost reacted to the witness. A lady having the head of a demon came into view rearranging orbs around in a sail boat on Audubon Lake. When the phantom was seen it vanished into the thin air. Folks declare that this ghost enjoys frightening foolish folks who are courageous enough to upset the quiet in Pennsauken. No matter what, it's a scary ghost that you shouldn't go looking for.
