Pennsville, New Jersey Ghost Tales I live in a house which is haunted by a girl from the 1900s. I have this doll my mom gave me and she loves it. one time my mom moved it because of spring cleaning and that night the girl came in and tried to kill my mom. But my g-ma thought my dad tried to, so they got in a huge fight then we all heard giggling. When we moved the doll back that night my mom was having her tea and she felt a hug and she heard a thank you; it was weird. But we learned how to deal with her. She feels like family even though she's not here. But we searched her online and she was murdered:0. But anyway thought to share.:). Things go down in this place that can't be rationally explained. A number of folks who live here say there are no phantoms, but the things that go down here in Pennsville in the dark hours will terrify you. These are some of the spooky things that have happened       here recently. The ghost of a young Indian warrior may be spotted time and again beside the water at Crane Hook reading a pamphlet. The phantom of a brawny lumberjack gripping a sizeable axe has now and then been observed taking in the vista at Pea Patch Island Dike late at night. One of the people who live here steadfastly says   that this ghost is the stressed spirit of a former Pennsville local. The scary ghost of a conquistador is every so often made out by Cherry Island Marsh crying. A creepy skeleton has been said to have been made out on several occasions down by the shore at Deemers Beach shouting. A shining human form can now and then be made out floating down Army Creek in the early morning hours before sunrise. One thing's for sure, it is certainly a terrifying ghost that you shouldn't go searching for. The ghost of a pregnant lady has often been perceived on the shore of New Castle Reservoir trying to grab something. The ghost of a youthful guy having on a jacket is often witnessed wandering from building to building late at night on a Pennsville residential road. Some of the folks who live in this town assert this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while passing through Pennsville many years ago. Any which way, this ghost undoubtedly is chilling; one that should be stayed away from. A decapitated guy can frequently be noticed in the early morning hours before sunrise examining Bulkhead Shoal in detail.
